Privacy policy
Data protection is a matter of trust and your trust is important to us. The protection of your privacy is therefore very important to us. To ensure that you feel safe when visiting our websites, we strictly observe the statutory provisions and would like to inform you in detail below about how we handle your data. We want you to know when we collect and store which data and how we use it.
We will protect your personal data to the best of our ability and use it exclusively in accordance with our privacy policy. We have taken technical and organizational measures to ensure that the regulations on data protection are observed both by us and by our external service providers. In the following, we inform you about the type, scope and purpose of data collection and use.
By agreeing to the following privacy policy, you consent to the collection, processing and use of your personal data in compliance with data protection laws and the following provisions.
§1. responsible for data processing
The responsible party for data processing is
Craft Spirits Berlin
Kochan & Ligthart GbR
Portal 1/EG
Erkelenzdamm 59/61
D-10999 Berlin
E-mail to: info@craftspiritsberlin.de
§2. personal data
Personal data is information about factual or personal circumstances of a specific or identifiable natural person. This includes, for example, your name when you register, your e-mail address, as well as all data that you provide to us when registering for our services, when creating your user account and when using the services.
Statistical data that we collect, for example, when you visit our website and that cannot be linked to you personally are not included here. For example, these are statistics about which pages of the offered content are particularly popular or how many users visit certain pages of the content.
The use of personal data by us takes place only within the framework of these provisions and is governed by the provisions of the EU General Data Protection Regulation, the Federal Data Protection Act and the Telemedia Act, respectively. All data protection regulations are strictly observed.
§3 Collection and processing of personal data, revocation
Craft Spirits Berlin uses the collected data for the following basic purposes, although not all data is actually used for all purposes:
Craft Spirits Berlin uses the data stored in your user account about you (inventory data) to establish and manage the user relationship.
The data about your use of the service (usage data) is used by Craft Spirits Berlin for technical processing and, if necessary, billing for the use of the service.
When you visit our website, our web servers temporarily collect and store technical information (so-called log files) that your browser transmits to us: the domain name or IP address of your computer, the file request of the client (file name and URL), the http response code and the website from which you visit us. The data collected is used for data security purposes, in particular to defend against attempted attacks and to stabilize operational security, and for statistical evaluations. They are deleted or anonymized after 21 days at the latest. In the case of anonymization, the IP addresses are changed in such a way that the individual information about personal or factual circumstances can no longer be assigned to a specific or identifiable natural person, or can only be assigned to such a person with a disproportionate amount of time, cost and effort. The log files are neither used for the creation of individual user profiles nor passed on to third parties.
Information on the data stored in cookies can be found in section 6.
You may upload content to the platform in the course of using our services (content data).
In addition, we and our partners may evaluate usage profiles under a pseudonym (which cannot be merged with the data in your user account) for advertising, market and opinion research and to improve the service (pseudonymized usage data), unless you have exercised your legal right to object to this use of your data. Such usage profiles are generated, for example, by means of so-called cookies (see also section 6). By analyzing and evaluating this information, it is possible for us to improve our website and our services, as well as to make our advertising more useful and interesting for you.
You agree that Craft Spirits Berlin may use the data you provide and other information stored about your user account, as well as pseudonymized usage data, to present or have presented to you personalized advertising and/or special offers and services (e.g., through newsletters or e-mails with advertising character).
You agree that we may process and use your personal data for market and opinion research for our own purposes.
You can revoke an already granted consent at any time. For this purpose, an informal communication by e-mail to us is sufficient. The legality of the data processing carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation. Please note that an objection to the use of data may result in the termination of your user account.
